Sorry it has taken me a while to write you. I have
just been so busy with life! Listen, I really just wanted to tell
you how much Steven and I appreciate all you have done to get us
out of a pretty bad situation regarding our house.
When we started to fall behind on payments, we
tried to get caught up and it was like a spiral affect on our whole
lives. We had no idea how we were going to get out of the situation
and we did not know what our next move was going to be. So the day
I opened your letter all I could do was cry to Steven!
I had mixed feelings on it but knew what we needed
to do and was so blessed to have someone who really cared and could
help step in to save us. I am forever grateful to you and your family
for all you have done to help us save our credit and be able to
move on with our lives. I live everyday so happy that the burden
of foreclosure no longer exists and I know Steven feels the same
way.
Being in a situation like that can be very stressful
on a relationship, just not knowing how to fix the problem and what
to do next. All we could do was worry about the future of our children
and where we were going to end up. Our relationship has mended and
all is well with the kids. So from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate
all you have done for us. You were like a blessing from god! Thank
you so much!
Sincerely,
Steven and Amanda

To whom it may concern:
Mike and Ella assisted me with a short sale on
my house as I could not qualify for a modification. They were very
helpful form day one. They answered all my questions and eased all
my concerns through the short sale process.
They communicated with the mortgage company and
with me to ensure all paperwork was filed and the process was seamless.
They made the process very easy and stress-free because I felt they
really cared about my situation. They saved me from the humiliation
of going through a foreclosure and my credit report from having
a foreclosure listed on it. Now I can get on with my life. Thanks
so much.
Thank you,
Shannon G.

Dear Mr. Denigan,
The last 19 months have been such a stressful time for my family
after abandoning our home in Northern Kentucky, moving to the Pacific
Northwest, and shortly afterward, discovering my wife has cancer.
The house was no longer important to me.
Thereafter, I abandoned payments on the home in Hebron, Kentucky
to ensure my wife received the very best medical care possible,
obviously saving for the unknown future. We were disgusted with
the service received from one real estate company, so we were released
from the contractual agreement. Now along comes Mr. Denigan!
Mike took the worry off my shoulders and placed it squarely on
his. In only a few short months, he was able to sell our home. He
worked alongside the lender and my new realtor to ensure the proper
sale was always progressing forward, even at times when I had almost
lost all hope.
Your hard work and positive attitude in the midst of these most
stressful times kept me going. Thank you for salvaging my credit
and giving me hope on the way to financial recovery!
You are a credit to your profession. I am impressed!
Yours truly,
Chip Robison

Dear Mike and Ella
I was not sure when I saw your signs along the road about your business.
However when I pulled behind your car with your advertisement on
it at a stop light next to my Church, I figured God was trying to
tell me something. I was so glad I called. You all helped me through
a very difficult situation with my house. I didn't know what to
do and you walked me through my options and made sure I understood
it all. It is always comfortable dealing with good Christians like
yourselves. I did a " Short Sell" instead of letting the
bank foreclose and you guys were there all the way through to the
end.
I could not of done it without you.
