Hillcrest Homes, Inc. first began as a custom home builder, which we still do today. We apply our building experience to redeveloping properties that need some TLC. Many of our properties are short sales, which are sold as-is. This means that no work is done on the properties prior to closing. It's one of the reasons a short sale can be such a good value.

If you purchase one of these properties that could use some updating before you want to move in, we can help step in and complete the work in a reasonable timeframe and at a fair price.

We also purchase properties within Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati Area that are in terrible shape, then we completely rehab the house entirely and sell it at a great price - often below market value!
